Custom box sizes, materials, colors, printed logos and special processes such as hot stamping, embossing, debossing, UV coating and silk screen printing are all available as per your requirements. We also provide free custom 3D mockups before mass production.

 

What is your MOQ for custom packaging boxes?

 

We offer flexible MOQ for all packaging products. Regular paper boxes start from 500 pieces, and high-end luxury wooden boxes start from 100 pieces. Small trial orders are welcome for new buyers, and better wholesale prices are offered for large quantity orders.

Please share your detailed requirements including box size, material, order quantity, printing design and special crafts. Our sales team will send you a formal official quotation within 12–24 working hours.

 

Can I order packaging samples before bulk order?

 

Yes, we provide pre-production samples for quality and design confirmation. Sample cost and shipping fee are charged separately, and the sample fee will be fully refunded once you place a bulk order. Custom sample lead time is 3–5 working days.

How long does it take to produce custom packaging boxes?

 

Standard bulk orders take 7–15 working days after deposit received. Complex custom packaging with special craftsmanship takes 15–25 working days for production.

Yes, we support urgent production and fast delivery. Please confirm your exact delivery time with our sales team in advance, and rush order service cost will be quoted separately.

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

What shipping options are available for packaging orders?

 

We provide sea freight, air freight and international express delivery. Goods can be shipped from major China ports like Shanghai and Ningbo. You can use your own forwarder or choose our one-stop shipping arrangement.

 

Can you offer DDP and DDU shipping for packaging orders?

 

Sure. We provide full shipping solutions including FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP, covering shipping, customs clearance and door-to-door delivery.

 

How do you pack finished boxes to avoid damage in transit?

 

All finished packaging boxes are packed with export standard cartons and protective filler materials to avoid extrusion and damage during long-distance shipping. Neutral packing and custom outer carton packing are also available.
