These terms apply to all visitors, inquiries, customers, and business partners (“you”) who browse our website, request quotations, place orders, or receive our packaging services. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service Overview
We provide B2B custom packaging manufacturing services, including customized paper boxes, rigid boxes, foldable boxes, jewelry boxes, watch boxes, perfume boxes, cosmetic packaging, food packaging, gift packaging and related wholesale solutions. All services are exclusively for business-to-business commercial cooperation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legitimate business qualifications to use our services. If you represent a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. Quotation & Order Agreement

All quotations are valid for a limited period, usually 7–15 days unless otherwise specified.

Order details, unit price, quantity, artwork, specifications, lead time and payment terms are officially confirmed via Proforma Invoice (PI).

Once the deposit is paid and production starts, the order is officially confirmed. No arbitrary cancellation or modification is allowed for customized orders.
4. Artwork & Custom Design Responsibility

All design files, logos, patterns, texts and trademarks provided by the buyer are assumed legal and authorized.

The buyer shall be solely responsible for copyright, trademark and legality of the provided artwork.

We will not be liable for any intellectual property disputes caused by the buyer’s provided files.
5. Payment Terms

Standard payment term: deposit for production, balance payment before shipment.

All bank charges, transfer fees and intermediate fees shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to suspend production and shipment if payment is delayed.
6. Production & Delivery

Production lead time starts from the date of receiving deposit and confirmed final artwork.

Delivery time is for reference only. Slight delays due to peak seasons, material shortage, weather or logistics pressure will not be regarded as breach of contract.

Shipping method, freight cost and risk division follow the agreement confirmed in PI.
7. Quality Standard & Acceptance

Products are produced according to confirmed samples, artwork and industry standard craftsmanship.

Normal minor color difference, texture difference and manual craft deviation within industry standards will not be regarded as quality problems.

Buyers shall inspect goods within 7 working days after receiving the cargo. Unreported problems beyond the time limit will be regarded as automatic acceptance.
8. Return, Refund & Cancellation Rules

Customized products: Non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable after production starts, due to tailor-made production.

In-stock products: Support return and exchange under qualified conditions confirmed by both parties.

We only take responsibility for quality problems caused by our production errors.
9. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including pictures, videos, texts, designs and layout, belongs to YIWU SUNLAND PACKAGING CO., LTD. Unauthorized copying, modification, reproduction and commercial use are prohibited.

Our factory photos, product cases and design works shall not be used by any third party without written permission.
10. Website Usage Rules
You agree not to: misuse the website data, attack the server, spread illegal content, or conduct any behavior that may damage the normal operation of our website and business.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by uncontrollable factors including extreme weather, natural disasters, port closure, customs inspection, policy changes, epidemic control, and other force majeure situations.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We guarantee product quality and service consistency, but we shall not be responsible for the buyer’s secondary sales loss, indirect loss, accidental loss or third-party claims caused by improper use, improper assembly or unauthorized modification of the products.
13. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will take effect immediately after being published on the website. Continued use of our website and services represents your acceptance of the latest terms.
