Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy Rules

As a professional B2B custom packaging manufacturer, we adopt differentiated return and refund rules for customized products and in-stock products. All confirmed customized orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable after formal production commencement, due to exclusive tailor-made design, material cutting and mold opening. Standard in-stock packaging products support reasonable return and exchange services under compliant conditions.


2. Claim & Inspection Time Limit

Buyers shall complete goods inspection within 7 working days after receiving the shipment. Any quality problems, quantity discrepancies or product errors must be submitted with valid evidence within the time limit. No return, refund or complaint requests will be accepted for overdue claims.


3. Valid Return & Exchange Conditions

We only accept returns, exchanges or refunds for problems caused by our production errors, including the following situations:
  • Defective products, poor printing, damaged workmanship and other manufacturing quality issues
  • Wrong product size, logo pattern, color or structure inconsistent with confirmed PI and artwork
  • Quantity delivery discrepancy caused by our side
Buyers must provide clear photos, videos, inspection reports and other valid proof for claim verification.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances do not support return, exchange or refund, which is a standard industry specification for custom packaging:
  • Product damage or deformation caused by improper transportation, storage, manual handling or third-party logistics problems
  • All customized products produced strictly according to the buyer’s exclusive design, size, artwork and customized requirements
  • Normal color difference, texture and craft subtle differences within the international packaging industry acceptable standard
  • Unreasonable returns, refunds or order cancellations proposed by buyers without valid quality reasons
  • Products damaged due to buyer’s delayed payment leading to prolonged storage


5. Return Shipping & Cost Liability

All related fees are borne by the responsible party. If the return is caused by our manufacturing quality problems, we will bear the reasonable return freight and related costs. If the return reason does not belong to our quality liability, all return freight, insurance and handling fees shall be fully borne by the buyer.


6. Refund & Replacement Process

After we receive the returned goods and complete professional inspection and verification, we will arrange product replacement, partial refund or full refund as agreed within 7–10 working days. The final processing solution will be confirmed through mutual communication between both parties.


7. Secondary Shipment Terms

For replaced or re-produced products, the shipping terms, delivery standards and after-sales rules are consistent with the original order. All additional costs incurred by secondary shipment shall be undertaken by the responsible party of the problem.


8. Force Majeure & Exemption Clause

We are exempted from return, refund and liability compensation for losses caused by force majeure factors, including extreme bad weather, port closure, customs random inspection, policy adjustment and other uncontrollable factors, as well as order problems caused by the buyer’s delayed payment and improper operation.
